1. Booking and Payment:
· All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon direct communication.
· Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
· We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
· We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
· There is no cancellation fee if you simply change your mind, but we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice.
· Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Access and Vehicle Preparation:
· The vehicle must be parked in a safe, accessible, and legal location.
· Please remove all valuables and personal items before the service begins.
· NT Mobile Car Care is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
4. Condition of the Vehicle: If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g. pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards), we may:
· Charge an additional fee for extra time and materials required.
· Decline the service if the condition is unsafe or poses a health risk.
· We reserve the right to take before and after photos of the vehicle to document its condition and protect both parties.
5. Liability:
NT Mobile Car Care takes every care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
· Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, faded paint, etc.)
· Faulty seals, paintwork, trims, or aftermarket accessories that may react to cleaning products
· Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service
· Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Weather Policy:
· Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat) for safety reasons.
· We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.
7. Service Guarantee:
· Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with the result, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
· This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by pre-existing damage or conditions out of our control.
8. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a job on arrival if:
· The vehicle is unsafe, poses a health risk, or access is restricted
· The service location is unsafe or unsuitable
· There is verbal abuse, threats, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff
